TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE – PARKING PEÑÓN DEL GENOVÉS – SAN JOSE

USER OBLIGATIONS:
  • Pay the parking fee before retrieving your vehicle.
  • Compliance with Parking Rules:
  • Exceeding 10 km/h is prohibited.
  • Respect traffic signs and instructions.
  • Parking outside designated areas is prohibited.
  • Avoid activities that may disturb other users or compromise safety.
  • Notify the administration of any damage caused to the Parking or the vehicle, including theft, reporting the damages incurred.
OBLIGATIONS OF PARKING PEÑÓN DEL GENOVÉS - SAN JOSÉ:
  • Provide a parking space.
  • Provide a payment receipt with vehicle identification, as well as an invoice upon user request.
  • Return the vehicle in the same condition in which it was parked.
  • Maintain a safe environment within the parking facility.
  • Address user complaints and claims through Complaint Forms.
LIABILITY OF PARKING PEÑÓN DEL GENOVÉS - SAN JOSÉ.
  • The parking facility is NOT responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that vehicles or objects inside them may suffer.
  • The parking owner shall be liable, both to the user and to the vehicle owner, for any damages and losses caused by the total or partial breach of the obligations established by law.
  • The Parking reserves the right to cancel online reservations, with a minimum notice of 12 hours from our side, and will issue a full refund.
USER RESPONSIBILITY.
  • The user will be responsible for any damages and losses caused by their own negligence or failure to comply with the indicated rules.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY
  • The user has the right to cancel reservations and will receive a full refund if they notify us via our email: reservas@parkingsanjose. With a cancellation notice of up to 48 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a penalty of 50% of the reservation will apply.
  • If the user does not notify the cancellation of the reservation after the day of arrival, no refund will be issued for that reservation.
